11 Indian Piano Arpeggios With Triplets (Swing & Hemiola Feel)
Triplets give arpeggios that rolling, "Indian" lilt — in this lesson you'll learn 11 piano arpeggio exercises that explore the triplet and swing feel with almost every permutation. Jason Zac from Nathaniel School of Music walks you through Indian-style arpeggios with triplets, building from a fifth-chord study and left-hand bass into basic eighth-note arpeggios, then eighth-note triplets and swing. From there you'll work through four Indian patterns (including a hemiola), six combo patterns mixing triplets with quavers and speed variations, and finish on a Roadhouse Blues feel. It's a deep, practical dive into triplet phrasing that will give your arpeggios a fresh, grooving character. 🎼 More Indian Triplet Music I've composed ➡️ https://riffs.jasonzacmusic.com/?filter=TIMEFEEL-%3ATriplet%3BPrimaryGenre-%3AIndian 🏫 Courses, Workshops or Private lessons ➡️ https://forms.gle/fsbhFKSgJbZ5xZEr8 ============================= 📹 Our Video Courses (Everything for Life Bundle) ➡️ https://learn-music.nathanielschool.com/ 🎹 Piano Courses & Private Lessons ➡️ https://piano.nathanielschool.com ============================= ▶️ Related Lessons & Playlists ❸ What a Triplet Actually Is ➡️ https://youtu.be/l2z40W3_b7k 😻 Simple Beautiful Arpeggios ➡️ https://youtu.be/toLzes5QqTg 🎶 All our Arpeggios lessons (Playlist) ➡️ https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLrNNL05e9FT-BCpTe-KKSdiKlAFMvYNsH ============================= 🎓 Learn Music with Nathaniel School of Music & Jason Zac ➡️ https://nathanielschool.com 📚 All our YouTube lessons (1000+) by skill level, topic & genre ➡️ https://learning-portal.nathanielschool.com ============================= ⏱️ Chapters 00:00 Performance 01:06 Introduction 03:13 Fifth Chord Study 04:15 Left Hand Bass 05:32 Basic Arpeggios Using Eighth Notes 07:13 What is Swing? 10:55 Eighth Note Triplets 12:54 Indian Pattern 1 14:28 Indian Pattern 2 15:29 Indian Pattern 3 17:02 Indian Pattern 4 (Hemiola) 18:36 Combo Pattern 5 19:51 Combo Pattern 6 20:57 Combo Pattern 7 21:58 Combo Pattern 8 23:40 Combo Pattern 9 24:45 Combo Pattern 10 25:42 Roadhouse Blues 11 26:17 Conclusion 💰 Donate on PayPal ➡️ https://geni.us/DonatePayPal 📸 Instagram ➡️ https://instagram.com/jasonzac 📞 Call +91 98454 65411 · 💬 WhatsApp chat +91 77604 56847 📧 Customised & Private Classes ➡️ music@nathanielschool.com 🎧 Listen to Jason Zac Music ➡️ https://riffs.jasonzacmusic.com/ #PianoArpeggios #Triplets #IndianMusic
