Folk Piano Arpeggios With Melody (Part 2): Right-Hand Swing Arpeggios With Triplets
In Part 2 we flip the roles — the arpeggio moves to the right hand, played as swing, using triplets instead of sixteenths. Jason Zac from Nathaniel School of Music continues the folk arpeggio series with Part 2, doing the reverse of Part 1. You'll take an arpeggio in the right hand (played as swing) and use triplets instead of the sixteenth notes from Part 1. Do watch Part 1 before tackling this one. 🏫 Courses, Workshops or Private lessons ➡️ https://forms.gle/fsbhFKSgJbZ5xZEr8 ============================= 📹 Our Video Courses (Everything for Life Bundle) ➡️ https://learn-music.nathanielschool.com/ 🎹 Piano Courses & Private Lessons ➡️ https://piano.nathanielschool.com ============================= ▶️ Related Lessons & Playlists 🎹 All our lessons on 'Unique Arpeggios' (Playlist) ➡️ https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLrNNL05e9FT--QPXO3vIz_6SiSWILivlS 🥁 All our lessons on Rhythm (Playlist) ➡️ https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLrNNL05e9FT85tF6cGvZK6jc5u6yZg5uU 🎵 Music Theory lessons ➡️ https://geni.us/PianoTheory ============================= 🎓 Learn Music with Nathaniel School of Music & Jason Zac ➡️ https://nathanielschool.com 📚 All our YouTube lessons (1000+) by skill level, topic & genre ➡️ https://learning-portal.nathanielschool.com ============================= 💰 Donate on PayPal ➡️ https://geni.us/DonatePayPal 📸 Instagram ➡️ https://instagram.com/jasonzac 📞 Call +91 98454 65411 · 💬 WhatsApp chat +91 77604 56847 📧 Customised & Private Classes ➡️ music@nathanielschool.com 🎧 Listen to Jason Zac Music ➡️ https://riffs.jasonzacmusic.com/ #FolkPiano #PianoArpeggios #SwingFeel Chapters 00:00 Right-hand swing arpeggios with left-hand triplet notes 01:05 Count the triplet subdivision 01:24 Right-hand swing eighth notes 02:02 Add the missing middle triplet note in the left hand 03:42 Bring back the root with the little finger 05:09 Develop chords and melodies from the pattern 05:44 Recap both folk-arpeggio approaches
